How can I request a Letter Receipt to give as a gift?
After you donate, please contact us. We’ll create a special letter and send it to the person you’re honoring.
Will my gift recipient see the amount I donated?
No. The donation amount is only included in the receipt we send to your email. If you want your recipient to know the amount, you can mention it in your personalized message.
Can I donate anonymously on behalf of someone?
Yes, you can choose to donate anonymously. The recipient will still receive the letter, but your name will not be included unless you request it.
When will my gift recipient receive their letter?
Letters are typically sent within [X] business days after your donation. You’ll receive a confirmation when it’s sent.
