A rising cost of school supplies in Egypt adds to the financial pressures on students and their families. In low-funded public schools students are expected to pay for their tuition, books, school supplies, and uniforms.

This adds a lot of pressure on low-income families who already struggle daily to make ends meet. This makes families compromise as much as possible by making their children wear the same uniform for a few years or borrow used school supplies, adding more stress on the student and affecting their school performances.

Our Work

Llah Charity has generously provided funding for ten new uniforms for benefiting students from low-income families in Egypt. This initiative aims to alleviate the financial stress associated with each new academic year to ease the students’ educational experience.
